Edoardo Amadi is the Wine Director and Consultant at TryWines Expertise Limited. His working experience includes:

13 years as Mâitre Sommelier at Il Sole di Ranco Hotel & Restaurant, Italy

Four years as Head Sommelier at l’Escargot restaurant, London

Seven years as Head Sommelier, Food & Beverage Manager and Director of Wine at the Vineyard at Stockcross (and Donnington Valley Hotel)


Wine List Achievements & Awards
At the Vineyard at Stockcross in 1997 he designed two outstanding wine lists of more than 2,000 wines; was responsible for designing the temperature controlled cellar to accommodate over 23,000 bottles; hosted wine tastings, sourced and purchased wines; recruited and trained sommeliers/food & beverage personnel.
