Wine Tastings

Wine Tastings are very popular with private parties and corporate clients. Edoardo Amadi, wine expert will show you to how to appreciate wine by introducing wine tasting techniques. He is happy also to work with a restaurant of your choice to do a wine tasting lunch or dinner.

Recommended format for the guided wine tasting:

•	Introduction
•	Sight, colour and clarity
•	Smell and the different aromas
•	Tasting and the different sensations on the palate
•	Conclusions

He will then discuss a specialist subject of your choice which may be:

•	Blind tasting of wines from around the world
•	Old World versus New World wines
•	White wines from Italy, France and the New World
•	Red wines from Italy, France and the New World
•	Wines of Tuscany
•	Discover the indigenous grape varieties of Italy
•	Wines of France
•	Bordeaux and Burgundy
•	Californian wines
•	Sweet wine and Port
•	Other

The charge for wine tastings is from £150.00 + VAT per group tasting based on 1 hours duration (maximum numbers apply). Room hire charge and cost of wines will need to be covered in addition by you unless otherwise agreed.  We can supply the wine by arrangement.
